Terms of Use and Vehicle Return Policy

1. Rental Requirements

The driver must hold a valid driving license and meet the age requirements set by the company. The driving license must have been issued at least one year before the rental date. For drivers from countries outside the European Union, an International Driving Permit may be required.

The driver listed in the rental agreement is responsible for the proper use of the vehicle and for complying with the rental terms.

2. Vehicle Pick-Up

Upon vehicle collection, the condition of the car is inspected and any existing damages are recorded. By signing the rental agreement, the customer confirms that the vehicle was delivered in good condition and agrees to the terms of use.

3. Use of the Vehicle

The renter is required to:

  • use the vehicle in accordance with the Road Traffic Regulations
  • not use the vehicle for illegal activities
  • not allow the vehicle to be driven by persons not listed in the rental agreement
  • protect the vehicle from damage, misuse or negligence

4. Fuel Policy

The vehicle is delivered with a specific fuel level and must be returned with the same fuel level.
If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the cost of refueling may be charged to the renter.

5. Rental Period

The rental period is defined in the rental agreement and is calculated on a 24-hour basis. If the customer wishes to extend the rental period, they must contact the company before the end of the agreed rental period.

6. Vehicle Return

The vehicle must be returned on the date and time specified in the rental agreement.

In case of late return, additional charges may apply according to the company's price list.

If the vehicle is returned earlier than the agreed date, the company may not refund the remaining amount of the rental fee.

7. Inspection Upon Return

Upon return, the vehicle will be inspected. If the car is returned in the same condition as it was delivered, without damages or violations, the return process will be completed.

Any damages, loss of equipment, or traffic violations may be charged to the renter.

8. Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required at the time of rental. The deposit will be released after the vehicle is returned and the final inspection is completed, provided that no damages or additional charges are found.

9. Accidents or Damage

In case of an accident, damage or mechanical issue, the customer must immediately inform the company and the relevant authorities. The company will provide instructions for handling the incident.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the reservation or signing the rental agreement, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms of use.
