BOOKING PROCESS
The booking is completed in 3 steps:

2. We contact you to confirm your booking.
3. We deliver the car to you.

RETURNS / CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
Booking Cancellation
If you wish to return the car earlier than the agreed date, you may contact us using the contact details available on our website.
REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID
If you meet the refund conditions, we will return the amount corresponding to the rental value using the same method by which the original transaction was made, unless you request a different refund method, in which case you must inform us in writing.
The refund will be made as soon as possible.
MISCELLANEOUS
Force Majeure
If, due to force majeure, such as bad weather conditions, strikes, or similar events, it is not possible to deliver the car within the agreed time, we will inform you by phone or email so that you may tell us whether you still wish the delivery to be completed under these circumstances.
The company bears no responsibility for any situation beyond its control and will do everything reasonably possible to serve you in the best possible way.
Modification of Terms
